Gorilla by Anthony Browne

Over the past few weeks, fourth class have used the story 'Gorilla' by Anthony Browne as inspiration for drama. We really enjoyed this story and therefore we found it easy to use our imaginations to think of many more adventures that Hannah and the gorilla might have gone on other than those mentioned in the book. We then acted some of these adventures out.
The theme of the story is friendship which connected well to a lot of other activities we were doing in school at the same time for Friendship Week. One of these activities was 'filling each others buckets' which we would be happy to tell you about.
